I really enjoy your articles. Deep, strong and with an interesting perspective.

My comment is that AI is the wrong model. AI does not have an imperative to live or to evolve but simply "learns". A living organism is more appropriate as was stated by Mayer and confirmed by Marx. A living organism not only grows but has an imperative to survive, reproduce and multiply. It also consumes and produces waste. It also adapts and may go extinct when it fails to do so. As for change, an organism has anti-bodies to counter organisms alien to itself in order to preserve its integrity. An AI has none of those.
