That statement is wrong at 2 levels:

- Until a US instigated nuclear Armageddon is clearly bypassed, no country 'shall pass' the US empire. The slogan 'hegemony or survival' is applicable here.

- "Sino empire" has a connotation that is probably false. Sino ascendancy may be true but I doubt that China will seek an empire in the same way as Portugal, Spain, Britain and the US did.
