There was continuous war all around the world with millions killed (5 million in Korea - more bombs dropped than in World War II - 6 million in Vietnam, half a million children in Iraq killed by sanctions alone and so on) … no “relative world peace” outside the US … Even in Europe, there’s Bosnia, Kosovo and others before that … In our region, “Middle East”, we saw dictators, princes and kings forced on the region and supported by the US while our resources got drained away to feed the core. As Trump said, Saudi Arabia (bloody king) would not survive a week without US support and he wants to "milk" SA before he slaughters it.

Elsewhere, one-sixth of the world is hungry and at famine's edge while the world produces at least twice as much food as it needs (according to the FAO) with half of that being thrown away ... famine is the number one killer in the world and it's thanks to the US empire which uses wheat and other grain as a weapon. Far more lethal than any bombs. But you’re blind to that because it’s semantic dissonance to you.

We saw a lot of death and destruction and exploitation from the US empire ...

And China? China has never invaded any country. It is spending trillions of dollars in other countries to build up OTHER countries' infrastructure with the US continuously hampering that effort ... if the world ends, it would be because of the US empire and it’s excesses which is the first to blame for climate chaos and possible nuclear war. After all, the US is the only country to have actually used nuclear weapons, and on civilians no less, and still uses depleted Uranium (a true war crime) in all its many, many wars/massacres …

China grew IN SPITE of the US empire and not because of it. The US tried to exploit it in every way possible and now that it is outstripping the US, it is trying to stop China in every way possible. If the US loses the dollar hegemony, the US will reap what it has sowed because $20 trillion dollars in world dollar reserves will flush back to the US which will cause an inflation of at least a factor of 5 (probably much more) in the US! This is what the US has forced on many countries including mine out of shear exploitation. Read “Confessions of an Economic Hitman” to see where the “success” of the US really comes from.

The Chinese empire may or may not be good (we'll have to wait and see) but it would be far better than this hypocritical, blood-drenched, vicious US empire.
