You should be. Your observations clearly indicate that the person who holds the keys to decision-making is in charge and that this is independent of competence or hard work (labor). Your situation is similar in every industry if not worse.
Marxist doesn't mean everyone gets paid equally, it means there's no employer-employee relationship with centralized decision-making and where the employer pays the minimum possible to the employees to keep most of the benefits to himself or herself.
If this is what your suffering from and you want redress for those reasons then you're a Marxist. You don't want to be called a Marxist because of the stigma and mis-information that has been associated with it.
